Privacy policy
In short: we only collect the information you voluntarily submit via the contact form, to get back to you. It stays hosted in Europe, and is neither resold nor used for mass prospecting.

Data collected
Via the "Request an evaluation" form, you provide us with:
- your name;
- your role (optional);
- your work e-mail address;
- your organization;
- your profile (local authority, company, service provider…);
- the approximate number of Oracle databases;
- what you want to evaluate;
- a free-text message describing your context (optional).
Our server also keeps minimal technical logs (IP address, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. The site uses no tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your request, arrange your evaluation or a demonstration, and follow up on your request. The legal basis for this processing is the publisher's legitimate interest in responding to voluntary enquiries from professionals.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 12 months from our last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the site's publisher and, where technically necessary, to the hosting provider mentioned below. It is neither transferred, rented, nor resold. We use the following processors, located within the European Union:
